Aoife Holden MBA
Aoife is passionate about helping others grow and lead. Her approach comes from her experience in large complex healthcare organizations and her innate ability to connect with her clients. She has a boundless curiosity about what makes people great leaders combined with a trusting intuition.
We met at the Hudson Institute, and since then, have become joyful friends and project collaborators.
As an executive coach, facilitator and a seasoned consultant in healthcare, Aoife has achieved results in leading through change, creating high performing teams and helping clients be more effective leaders.
Whayne Herriford
Whayne is a licensed mental health professional with private practices in Cincinnati, Ohio and Newport, Kentucky. In 2019 he retired after 40 years of HR executive leadership experience in organizations including Hewlett Packard Company, Stanford University, Dignity Healthcare and KnowledgeWorks Foundation. He completed the certification program to be a Certified Diversity Executive in 2019 and consults locally and nationally with organizations on DEI related projects.
Whayne was a member of Leadership Cincinnati 40 (2016-2017), a member of Leadership Northern Kentucky class of 2021 and Leadership Kentucky 2022 class. He is the Board Secretary of EC Learn and is a board member of Cancer Family Care. He is the Chair of the City of Bellevue’s Human Rights Commission and was recently appointed to the Kentucky Bar Association’s Inquiry Commission. He has an MS in Clinical Mental Health from NKU, an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Education from Antioch College. He lives in Bellevue with his partner, Troy, and their two dogs.
Jon Fitch
Jon specializes in assisting individuals with career documents and job search strategies. Recognizing that these skills, like negotiation, are rarely practiced, he aims to boost client’s confidence by imparting his expertise. Jon’s blend of experience allows him to guide clients through career changes, overcoming fear and uncertainty. He creates effective resumes, compelling cover letters, and comprehensive job search strategies, helping clients navigate transitions and achieve their professional goals.
Jon is a subject matter expert for LHH International Center for Executive Options (ICEO), collaborating with C-suite clients and advisors to develop customized career documents. He has past writing experience with Talent, Inc., boutique career agencies, and Randstad RiseSmart. He also has expertise in writing for all levels, from students to CEOs, across various industries, including non-profit, government, and for-profit.
Jon holds an MBA with 15+ years of consumer marketing experience at companies like Realtor.com, Yahoo!, eBay, Hasbro, and Fruit of the Loom. He provides 1:1 career coaching for Careerminds and is a Career Development Lecturer at the University of Louisville’s College of Business.
